Let’s transform the way you feel by elevating the way you eat.
No good chef begins a meal without their mise en place—every ingredient measured, every tool within reach, each step anticipated before the first flame is lit. It’s more than organization; it’s an act of intention to set ourselves up for success.
The result? You feel calm, clear, and in control. Food becomes a source of trust, not tension.
Think of yourself as the plate. The prepped ingredients? They’re the systems we design together—fatigue-free methods and routines that work, no matter what life serves. When you have your Plate En Place, the systems that support your food goals become your own personal fine-tuned tools and solutions to navigate any situation.
I align your culinary and nutrition needs and goals with the flow of your daily life to help you develop and implement sustainable systems that actually work for you.
Everyone’s plate is completely unique, and every plan is fully customized based on your needs. Take the first step and book a 1:1 complimentary consultation with me.

Food as Ritual, Resilience, and Renewal
I’m a Michelin-trained chef and PN1-certified nutrition coach with an AOS in Culinary Arts & Management from the Institute of Culinary Education.
My career spans from working with Jean-Georges Vongerichten & Agnes Restaurant in Pasadena to edible flower artist Loria Stern. As your partner in this process, I blend world-class culinary technique with evidence-based nutrition to create lasting, personalized results.
Food has always been my anchor. Growing up in NYC, restaurants and food were my escape from a chaotic home—a way to connect with people, explore cultures, and honor food as a ritual, not just a meal. I learned early that knowing how to eat was like a superpower: a key to curiosity, confidence, and grounding connection.
Years later, when I faced the challenge of an 18-lb tumor, I turned to food again—this time to rebuild my health. I immersed myself in the puzzle of nutrition, understanding how ingredients, preparation, timing, and balance work together to support the body. By treating cooking as both craft and medicine, I restored my health, lost 80 pounds, and made food a lifelong ally.
My approach is balanced, joyful, and always leaves room for butter. Arugula is my spinach and chicken tenders are my weakness.
